No.:DIT/DAO/2009/031 Dated: 23.05.2009      NOTICE FOR ALL CONTINUING STUDENTS It is notified to all continuing students that following letters will be handed-over to them shortly:- 1. A letter to the parents for maintaining DIT as a “Ragging Free Campus”. 2. A letter to the parents intimating salient points, registration schedule and important issues related to discipline in the campus. All students are required to hand-over these letters to their parents and get the “Declaration and undertaking about prohibition of ragging” signed by their parents and student themselves. The same must be deposited to their department before registration. No registration will be allowed without receipt of undertaking by the students as well as their guardians. The forms are also available on our institute website www.dit.edu.in and incase of non-receipt of this letter by the students the same may be downloaded.
